Decant · free daily competitive water sort

A daily, competitive water sort

Decant is a free daily competitive water sort puzzle. Most water-sort games hand you an endless stream of solo boards; Decant gives everyone the same shared board each day and ranks every solve on a global leaderboard by time and pour count. It plays unblocked right in your browser — no download, no app, no sign-up to play.

How to play

  1. Tap a bottle, then tap a second bottle to pour into it.
  2. A pour is legal when the receiving bottle is empty, or its top color matches the color you're pouring.
  3. Only the connected run of the same color on top pours — and only as much as fits.
  4. You win when every bottle holds a single color (or is empty).

Everyone in the world gets the same three boards each day — easy, medium, and hard — and the leaderboard ranks solves by time and pour count. Stuck boards can be recovered with an extra bottle, an undo, or a shuffle, so a bad pour teaches rather than punishes.

Frequently asked questions

Is Decant free?

Yes. The daily boards and practice mode are free, in your browser, with no download and no sign-up required to play.

When does the daily puzzle reset?

At midnight UTC. Everyone gets the same new easy, medium, and hard boards at the same moment.

Is everyone solving the same board?

Yes — that's the point. One shared board per difficulty per day, so your time and pour count mean something on the leaderboard.

Do I need an account?

No account is needed to play. Signing in (one click) saves your streak and locks your rank on the daily leaderboard.

Can I keep playing after the daily?

Yes — practice mode serves unlimited generated boards at any difficulty.

How is this different from other water sort games?

Most water-sort apps are solo, ad-heavy, and endless — every player gets a different random board. Decant is daily and competitive: everyone races the same shared board, and the leaderboard ranks solves by time and pour count. It's free, unblocked, plays in your browser with no download, and still has unlimited practice when you want more.
